Example Custom Package

A customer is renovating their guest bathroom/powder room with new flooring, plumbing & lighting fixtures, entry door, and trim. The customer feels comfortable with some of the work but wants professional assistance to ensure the door is properly installed and the plumbing fixtures are reinstalled correctly. Here’s their custom package based.

Tool Rental:

• One-week / weekend rental of Demolition tools:

• Demolition hammer

• Cordless sawzall

• Miscellaneous hand tools for floor prep and removing old tile.

• Two-week / weekend rental of Installation tools:

  • Cordless skillsaw or cutoff tool for cutting tile backer board

  • Cordless impact drill or screw gun for installing tile backer board

  • Tile saw

  • Tiling tools (e.g., buckets, mixer, trowels).

  • Miter saw for cutting new trim.

  • Cordless trim nailer for installing new trim

Material Delivery:

Delivery of the new door, trim package, and tile backer board.

Milestone Check-Ins:

Review demolition progress and provide in-person guidance for prepping the subfloor. During this visit, demolition tools will be picked up, and installation tools will be delivered.

Carpentry Labor:

Half day (minimum incriment) of Carpentry support for replacing the door.

Subcontractor Coordination:

Recommendation and coordination of a reliable plumber to install new plumbing fixtures.

*Plumber’s fees not included in the package estimate

Material Disposal:

Removal of discarded tile, trim, plumbing fixtures, and other debris.
